Dilara AY completed her Bachelor and Master degrees in Food engineering in 2012 and 2016, respectively, at Selçuk University/Turkey. Now as a PhD student in Chemistry, her research interests focus on new generation colormatic sensors that can test food spoilage quickly and on-site. Mrs Ay’s doctoral studies continue under the mentorship of Prof. Odabaşı at Aksaray University Biochemistry and Biochromatography Laboratory.
